adobong baboy

1-2 lb pork
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sause
1 cup sliced onions
5 pieces of smashed garlic
peppercorn
1-2 bay leaves
1 tbs canola oil
  1. saute onions, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorn in pot
  2. add pork along with soy sauce and vinegar
  3. boil for 15-20 min
  4. reduce sauce until it thickens
*** if you are left with sauce after eating all of the meat...try frying rice in the sauce and eat with egg and your fav breakfast meats.
