1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sause
1 cup sliced onions
5 pieces of smashed garlic
peppercorn
1-2 bay leaves
1 tbs canola oil
- saute onions, garlic, bay leaves, and peppercorn in pot
- add pork along with soy sauce and vinegar
- boil for 15-20 min
- reduce sauce until it thickens
